Another Baltimore Ravens player tested positive for COVID-19, marking the fourth straight day of at least one positive test, ESPN reported Thursday.
The player was among an unspecified number of additional positive tests from Wednesday, a source told ESPN.
The team currently has seven players on the reserve/COVID-19 list, which indicates a player has tested positive or is considered a "high-risk" close contact with an infected person. Running backs Mark Ingram and J.K. Dobbins are among those on the list.
The outbreak in Baltimore forced the NFL to reschedule the Thanksgiving primetime game between the Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers to Sunday, but further positive tests could put that game in jeopardy.
On Wednesday, the Ravens disciplined a strength and conditioning coach who didn't inform them of COVID-19-related symptoms and had not consistently worn a mask or tracking device, as required by NFL protocols, the team and NFL.com reported.
The team also claimed offensive lineman Jake Rodgers off waivers from the Denver Broncos to add depth at the position with three linemen iffy due to the COVID outbreak. Rodgers has played in 19 career games.
