Josh Allen rushed for two touchdowns and passed for another, and the defense generated three sacks to lift the Buffalo Bills to a 28-21 win against the visiting Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday in Orchard Park, N.Y.

Buffalo (6-2) withstood a fourth-quarter rally from reigning AFC champion Kansas City (5-4), which fell out of a playoff spot with the defeat. The Chiefs got the ball back in the closing seconds after Matt Prater's 52-yard field goal attempt hit the right upright. They advanced to the Bills' 40 but were unable to score.

Allen was 23 of 26 through the air for a career-best 88.5% completion percentage and 273 yards, and he surpassed Cam Newton for the most rushing TDs (regular season plus playoffs) by a quarterback in league history, with 79. James Cook gained 114 yards on 27 carries and Dalton Kincaid had six catches for 101 yards and a score.

Patrick Mahomes was 15-for-34 for 250 yards and an interception. Kareem Hunt rushed 11 times for 49 yards and a score while Rashee Rice had four catches for 80 yards to go with a rushing TD.

Jaguars 30, Raiders 29 (OT)

DaVon Hamilton batted down a two-point conversion pass to help Jacksonville escape with a victory over host Las Vegas to snap a two-game losing streak.

After Trevor Lawrence's second rushing touchdown gave the Jaguars (5-3) a 30-23 overtime lead with 3:24 left in the extra period, the Raiders responded with a 2-yard touchdown catch by Brock Bowers with 16 seconds left. They then elected to go for two and the win instead of a tie, but nose tackle Hamilton deflected a pass that appeared to be heading toward a wide-open Tyler Lockett.

Lawrence threw for 220 yards and a pick, Parker Washington caught eight passes for 90 yards and Cam Little kicked a 68-yard field goal, breaking Justin Tucker's NFL record of 66. Smith threw for 284 yards, a career-high-tying four touchdowns and one interception for Las Vegas (2-6). Bowers, the Raiders' All-Pro tight end, returned in glorious form with a game-high 127 yards and a career-high three touchdown catches after missing the last three games with a knee injury.

Bears 47, Bengals 42

Caleb Williams found Colston Loveland for a 58-yard touchdown with 17 seconds left to vault visiting Chicago to a wild win over Cincinnati.

Loveland stepped up for Cole Kmet, who didn't play in the second half due to a concussion, and finished with six catches for 118 yards and his first two scores. Williams completed his first touchdown pass in three games, finishing 20-of-34 for 280 yards and three TDs for the Bears (5-3). Kyle Monangai ran for 176 yards on 26 carries in place of the injured D'Andre Swift.

Flacco, playing with a sprained AC joint in his right shoulder, completed 31 of 47 passes for a career-high 470 yards, four touchdowns and two picks for the Bengals (3-6), who lost for the sixth time in seven games. Tee Higgins finished with seven catches for 121 yards and two scores. Ja'Marr Chase had six receptions for 111 yards.

Panthers 16, Packers 13

Ryan Fitzgerald drilled a 49-yard field goal on the final play of the game to give Carolina an upset victory over host Green Bay.

The Packers (5-2-1) tied the game at 13 on Josh Jacobs' 1-yard plunge, capping a 12-play, 71-yard touchdown drive with 2:32 remaining. On the ensuing possession, Rico Dowdle burst up the middle for 19 yards and a first down at the Green Bay 31-yard line with 40 seconds left to set up the winning field goal.

Dowdle finished with 130 yards on 25 carries and both touchdowns for Carolina (5-4), which won despite being outgained 369-265. Bryce Young, who did not play in last week's loss to Buffalo due to an ankle sprain, completed 11 of 20 passes for 102 yards and one interception. Jordan Love completed 26 of 37 passes for 273 yards with one interception for the Packers. Jacobs ran for a team-high 87 yards.

Steelers 27, Colts 20

Jaylen Warren rushed for two touchdowns and T.J. Watt and Alex Highsmith made huge defensive plays to help Pittsburgh notch a victory over visiting Indianapolis.

Aaron Rodgers completed 25 of 35 passes for 203 yards and tossed a touchdown pass to Pat Freiermuth for the Steelers (5-3). Watt and Highsmith both delivered strip sacks while Payton Wilson (13 tackles), Jack Sawyer and Joey Porter Jr. grabbed interceptions as Pittsburgh ended a two-game slide.

Daniel Jones completed 31 of 50 passes for 342 yards and one touchdown, but he threw three interceptions and lost two fumbles as the Colts (7-2) saw a four-game winning streak end. Michael Pittman (nine receptions) and Alec Pierce (six catches) each had 115 receiving yards for Indianapolis, which committed six turnovers and allowed five sacks.

Vikings 27, Lions 24

J.J. McCarthy passed for two touchdowns and rushed for one more as Minnesota escaped with a win over host Detroit.

McCarthy, playing for the first time since Week 2, completed 14 of 25 passes for 143 yards and one interception for Minnesota (4-4), which tightened the NFC North race with the victory. Justin Jefferson and T.J. Hockenson had one touchdown catch apiece.

Jared Goff completed 25 of 37 passes for 284 yards and two touchdowns for Detroit (5-3), which lost at home for the first time this season. Sam LaPorta had six catches for 97 yards and a touchdown, Jameson Williams made four catches for 66 yards and a score and Amon-Ra St. Brown reeled in nine receptions for 97 yards.

Broncos 18, Texans 15

Bo Nix scrambled 25 yards for a critical first down and set the table for Will Lutz, whose 34-yard field goal lifted Denver over host Houston to extend the Broncos' winning streak to six.

The Broncos (7-2) used a stifling defensive performance to their fourth win after trailing in the fourth quarter. Denver covered 48 yards in five plays before Lutz delivered his walk-off kick. The Broncos totaled just 223 yards before their winning drive.

Ka'imi Fairbairn booted five field goals for the Texans (3-5), who scuffled with backup quarterback Davis Mills at the controls. Starter C.J. Stroud departed early in the second quarter after slamming the back of his helmet into the turf while being tackled on a scramble. He entered concussion protocol and did not return.

Chargers 27, Titans 20

Justin Herbert threw for two touchdowns and capped a 99-yard drive with a 1-yard scoring blast in the fourth quarter as Los Angeles earned the win over Tennessee in Nashville.

Herbert hit 19 of 29 passes for 250 yards and rushed for a team-high 57 yards to lead the Chargers (6-3) to their third win in four games. Scott Matlock and Quentin Johnston caught touchdown passes in the first half.

Cam Ward completed 12 of 21 passes for 145 yards for the Titans (1-8), who amassed just 206 total yards. Cody Barton gave Tennessee a 7-0 lead when he picked off Herbert on the Chargers' first possession and returned it 24 yards for a score. Chimere Dike took a punt return 67 yards to give the Titans a 14-7 lead late in the first.

49ers 34, Giants 24

Christian McCaffrey totaled 173 yards and had a pair of touchdowns, while Mac Jones threw for a pair of first-half scores as San Francisco earned a road victory over New York in East Rutherford, N.J., and matched its win total from last season.

It was the 16th game McCaffrey had at least one rushing touchdown and one receiving touchdown, breaking a tie with Hall of Fame running back Marshall Faulk for the most in NFL history. McCaffrey had two TDs for the second time this season for the 49ers (6-3).

The Giants (2-7) dropped their third straight since beating the Philadelphia Eagles Oct. 9 at home. Rookie Jaxson Dart finished 24 of 33 for 191 yards and two touchdowns, plus added a rushing score, marking his fifth game with both a rushing and passing TD.

Patriots 24, Falcons 23

Drake Maye threw for 259 yards and two touchdowns as New England held on for a victory over Atlanta in Foxborough, Mass.

Maye also threw an interception, while Demario Douglas had 100 receiving yards and a touchdown for the Patriots (7-2), who won their sixth straight. Stefon Diggs caught an 11-yard score and Terrell Jennings posted his first NFL TD on a 3-yard run.

Atlanta (3-5) had a chance to tie the game with 4:40 left, but kicker Parker Romo missed wide right on an extra point. Michael Penix Jr. threw for 221 yards and three touchdowns and Drake London had 118 receiving yards and three scores, as the Falcons dropped their third straight.

Rams 34, Saints 10

Matthew Stafford threw four touchdown passes and Los Angeles rolled past New Orleans for its third straight win in Inglewood, Calif.

Stafford, who tied his career best with five touchdown passes in a 35-7 victory over Jacksonville two weeks ago before the Rams (6-2) had their bye, completed 24 of 32 passes for 281 yards. Star receiver Puka Nacua caught seven passes for 95 yards and a TD, but exited in the third quarter after injuring his ribs.

Tyler Shough, a rookie second-round draft choice from Louisville, made his first NFL start and completed 15 of 24 passes for 176 yards with his first career touchdown pass and an interception for the Saints (1-8), who ran just 40 offensive plays compared to the Rams' 77.
